1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between c bajee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, deposits into, or otherwise uses the c bajee website located at https://c-bajee.club and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing registration, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit, or placing a bet on c bajee, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and c bajee. You must not use this platform if you do not accept these Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use c bajee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;

c bajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Withdrawal of funds will be withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity verification ("KYC") procedures. 3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each person may hold only one registered account on c bajee. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. Where multiple accounts are operated for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, this will be treated as bonus abuse.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. c bajee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. 3.4 Account Currency

All c bajee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. c bajee does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

3.5 True and Accurate Information

Any misrepresentation of identity, age, address, or other registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. c bajee reserves the right to void all transactions and close the account of any user found to have provided false or misleading registration information, without any obligation to return deposited funds where fraud is suspected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c bajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all transacted in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at c bajee's discretion. c bajee reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and per account tier. Current limits are displayed within your account cashier section after login. c bajee reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. High-volume transactions may be subject to additional scrutiny and documentation requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your c bajee account instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. c bajee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking partners.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) being completed and approved on your account. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals are generally processed within one to three business days, depending on the payment method selected. c bajee reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

c bajee is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards, c bajee may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account. Where suspicious activity is identified, c bajee reserves the right to freeze account balances, delay or refuse withdrawals, and report the activity to the relevant authorities. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.6 Fees

c bajee does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which c bajee accepts no responsibility. Any applicable third-party fees will be detailed in your transaction confirmation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

c bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and Victory Day. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms page. Free bet winnings are generally subject to a single rollover requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. 5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion specifies the eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amount (in BDT), time limit, and any minimum odds restrictions. Where bonus abuse is detected, c bajee reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and close the account.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

c bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to your account, except in cases where abuse or technical error has been identified.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers

Games on the c bajee platform are supplied by leading third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account-level matters, while the game provider's rules shall govern game-specific outcomes.

6.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

6.3 Malfunction Policy

6.4 Disconnection During Play

If you experience a disconnection during an active game round, the game will resume from where it was interrupted upon reconnection in most cases. Where resumption is not possible, the game round may be settled according to the provider's disconnection policy. c bajee accepts no liability for losses arising from internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end.

6.5 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and other sports betting markets on c bajee are governed by detailed sport-specific betting rules available within the sports betting section. Markets are offered on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Live in-play betting is available on selected matches. Bets placed after the official result has been determined — due to latency or error — will be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c bajee and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your c bajee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, c bajee will process any eligible pending withdrawal of your real-money balance (subject to identity verification) before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by c bajee

c bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity has been identified; (c) a regulatory obligation requires it; (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve months; or (e) the player has initiated a self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming tools.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, c bajee may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be permanently withheld and reported to the relevant authorities. Where closure is voluntary or for inactivity, eligible real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which c bajee operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact c bajee's support team at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.

c bajee aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five business days and to provide a final position within thirty calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before resorting to litigation. All dispute communications shall be conducted in English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

11. Amendments to These Terms

c bajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to payment terms, eligibility conditions, or user rights — registered users will be notified by email or via a prominent on-site banner at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or urgent operational necessity.
